Solo & Ensemble Festival Info for March 1

Once performance times are released from the ETSB&OA association, they will be distributed to the students.
The physical address for Cherokee High School is 2927 TN-66, Rogersville, TN 37857. It is a bit of a drive, so please allow for travel time when planning for warm-up & performance times.
Students should arrive 20-30 minutes early to warm-up in the designated warm-up area. Playing is NOT allowed in any other place in the building. Students should not play outside of the performance room or in the hallways.
After warming up, use the signs to find your specific performance room. Register with the person sitting outside of the classroom door.
Students need to have two copies of their solo and/or ensemble, one to perform the piece and one to give to the judge, WITH EVERY MEASURE NUMBERED.
After playing for the judge, report to the commons area with your evaluation sheet to pick-up your medal if you received a superior (I) or excellent (II) rating. Mrs. Hutchison will not have extra medals at school. After you have picked up your medal, you are free to go.
Students should dress nicely for the event as we take each performance seriously, but a specific uniform is not required.
